Return and Refund Policy

The purchase of each membership and its associated artwork is non-refundable, but I will custody each token until the Buyer wishes to self-custody their purchase. Buyers are welcome to sell and exchange their membership tokens on multiple marketplaces that recognize the Ethereum ERC-721 standard. Each membership can also be redeemed (forfeit) in exchange for one month of rent at the mansion. 120 months of rent at the mansion translates to 10% ownership of the mansion.

Anyone who owns a single token is granted equal rights to use the song in every way that I can, so long as the use of the song does not directly interfere with methods in which it is already being monetized by other co-owners:

The song is essentially a gift to the world, but with up to 1024 people able to use it in every way I can.
This is a perpetual experiment to see what individuals decide to do with the song and how people might capitalize
